NEW JAILINGS

Colton Gann, 30, Hillsboro, arrested Dec. 19 by a sheriff’s deputy on warrants alleging burglary, theft, and firearm theft and on suspicion of possessing a stolen firearm, opiates, stimulants, and drug paraphernalia; held in lieu of $25,000 surety bond. Gann previous was arrested Sept. 25 on suspicion of distributing opiates, marijuana, and heroin; possessing drug paraphernalia and stolen property; illegal firearm possession; and driving while his license was suspended, without a license plate, and making an improper stop or turn. He was released from that arrest Oct. 11 on $30,000 bond.

Nancy Garcia, 44, Florence, arrested Dec. 17 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery and assault; held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond. This is her fifth jailing this year. She previously was jailed Aug. 8 on suspicion of burglary and violating an order of protection, July 4 on suspicion of domestic battery, and May 12 on suspicion of driving while her license was canceled or suspended. She also was jailed Jan. 26 of 30 days on court orders.

Shawn Stahlheber, 45, Newton, jailed Dec. 17 after failing to appear in Peabody Municipal Court; held in lieu of $1,200 cash bond. This was his third jailing this year. He previously was jailed June 12 for allegedly violating his probation and Feb. 23 for 10 days on court orders.
