NEW JAILINGS

April N. Fore, 30, Peabody, jailed Jan. 22 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Simon D. Garza, 44, Florence, jailed Friday for allegedly violating parole.

Justin L. Makovec, 34, Lost Springs, jailed Friday by a sheriff’s deputy for alleged violating parole and probation. Held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

JaTashia C. Matlock, 23, Topeka, jailed Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possession of marijuana and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released Monday on $2,000 bond.

Bryce A. Naerebout, 20, Hillsboro, jailed Saturday by Marion police on suspicion of purchase or consumption of alcohol by a minor and speeding. Released one hour later on $500 bond.

Carrie A. Neel, 41, Newton, jailed Jan. 23 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating probation. Released the following day. She was previously arrested Nov. 8 on suspicion of burglary, aggravated criminal damage, and possession of stolen property.

Ian A. Weisbeck, 41, Hillsboro, jailed Jan. 23 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating probation. Held in lieu of $3,000 bond. He was previously arrested Nov. 26 on suspicion of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and failure to appear.
