NEW jailings

Colby D. Allmond, 25, jailed Friday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and driving under the influence. Released Saturday on $4,500 surety bond.

Cesar O. Barrera-Cisneros, 34, Wichita, jailed Monday on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a valid license. Released five hours later on $1,000 surety bond.

Kelly B. Bennett, 36, Hillsboro, jailed Friday on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a valid license, displaying a license plate not assigned, no proof of insurance, and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released two hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Jessica D. Blackburn, 37, jailed Saturday for reasons not specified on the jail roster. Released five hours later.

Philip D. Heathcock, 50, Marion, jailed May 9 on two warrants alleging probation violation. Released five hours later on no bond.

Sharon F. O’Neill, 51, Herington, jailed May 9 to serve a two-day sentence.

Jessica M. Smith, 30, jailed May 9 on a warrant alleging probation violation. Released two hours later on no bond.
