NEW ARRESTS
Dominick L. Alexander, 36, Newton, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while his license was suspended, failing to have liability insurance, and driving a vehicle with improper registration. Released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond.
Nancy D. Garcia, 44, Florence, jailed May 29 for allegedly failing to appear in court and held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. In the past year and a half, she has been jailed at least eight times on suspicion of such charges as domestic battery (four times), assault, burglary, and attempting to drive with a suspended or canceled license (twice) in addition to probation violation and serving court-ordered sentences.
Troy S. Keith, 47, Bentley, jailed Saturday on court orders. He previously was jailed Nov. 8 to 14 on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property, and aggravated criminal damage and again April 5 to 7 on court orders.
Brandon L. Klenda, 33, Lincolnville, jailed Saturday after his probation was revoked. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. It’s the third time he has been jailed in a year and a half, the previous jailings coming on court orders and motions to revoke probation.
Jeffrey R. Madsen, 62, Peabody, jailed May 28 for allegedly failing to appear in court. Released half an hour later on $50 bond. He previously was jailed June 11 through July 1 on warrants alleging robbery and aggravated battery.
Bryce A. Naerebout, 21, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic violence. Released 16 hours later on $1,500 bond. He was jailed briefly Jan. 26 on suspicion of speeding and underage purchase of alcohol.
Patric G. Patterson, 21, McPherson, jailed Thursday for two days on court orders. In the past year and a half, he has been jailed at least six times on suspicion of charges including criminal damage, trespass, threatening, and conspiracy to commit theft, armed robbery, and kidnapping in addition to contempt of court, failure to appear in court, and probation violation.
Ronald L. Pierce, 51, Herington, jailed Monday for allegedly failing to appear in court. Released four hours later without bond. He previously was jailed Oct. 31 through Jan. 17 on suspicion of theft and possession of stimulants, opiates, and drug paraphernalia.
Brianna L. Stoetzl, 24, Newton, jailed Monday for violation of probation. Held without bond. She previously was jailed July 3 on a warrant and Aug. 5 through 8 on suspicion of criminal use of weapons, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and interference with a law enforcement officer.
Robert J. Stewart, 54, Geneseo, jailed Monday for allegedly failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $200 bond.
Eric J. Williams, 31, Marion, jailed May 28 for allegedly failing to appear for a court-ordered sentence. Released Saturday on $10,000 surety bond. In the past year and a half, he has been jailed at least 13 times on suspicion of burglary, criminal damage, and operating a vehicle without a license in addition to bond revocation, failure to appear in court, probation violation, and serving of court-ordered sentences.
Lauren R. Wolf, 34, Peabody, arrested Thursday on a warrant alleging she failed to appear in Peabody municipal court. Held without bond. In the past year and a half, she has been jailed at least nine times on suspicion of charges including disorderly conduct, assault, criminal threat, domestic battery, attempting to interfere with a law enforcement officer, and driving with a license that had been canceled, revoked, or suspended in addition to serving court-ordered sentences and failing to appear in court.
