NEW ARRESTS

James B. Brown, 45, Goessel, jailed Thursday for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed May 31 to June 1, 2018; July 3 to July 16, 2018; and Feb. 10 to 12, 2019, on a McPherson County warrant; on suspicion of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and possession of drugs, paraphernalia, and marijuana; and for twice allegedly failing to appear in court.

Tina N. Brown, 32, Lehigh, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of disorderly conduct and being a pedestrian under the influence of intoxicants. Released six hours later on $1,500 surety bond. Previously jailed March 29, March 30, and May 15 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, being an intoxicated pedestrian, and failing to appear in court.

Harvey L. Johnson, 57, Peabody, jailed Sunday for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of $1,000 cash bond.

Kara N. Klasseen, 31, Goessel, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy for failure to appear and was released half an hour later on a $50 bond.

Patrick M. Love, 52, Lincolnville, jailed July 24 for allegedly failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $200 cash bond. Previously jailed April 26 to 27 and Aug. 28 to Sept. 20, 2018, for allegedly violating his probation, for twice allegedly failing to appear in court, under court orders in a child-support case.

Donald J. Miller, 28, Florence, jailed July 24 for allegedly failing to appear in district court and in Peabody municipal court. Released 14 hours later on $315 cash bond. Previously jailed June 4 to 6, July 27 and 28, and Dec. 29 to 30, 2018, and Jan. 31 to Feb. 6, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery and of twice driving with a suspended license and for six times allegedly failing to appear in court

Derek S. Schmidt, 26, Holcomb, arrested July 24 by a sheriff’s deputy on a warrant for an undisclosed charge. Released 30 minutes later on $250 cash bond.

Robert A. Welsh, 59, Wichita, jailed Friday for allegedly failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Oct. 23 on suspicion of driving more than once while his license was suspended and of driving an unregistered vehicle without liability insurance.

Wade A. Wendt, 27, Burdick arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Held without bond.
