NEW jailings

Kristina M. Albers, 41, Salina, was jailed Tuesday for reasons not available on the jail roster website.

Shannon T. Lehr, 37, Herington, was jailed Friday to serve a two-day sentence. He was released Sunday.

Richard T. Litton, 34, Peabody, was jailed Thursday on suspicion of domestic battery and interference with law enforcement. He is held in lieu of $2,000 bond. He was previously jailed Feb. 1 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, falsely reporting a crime, aggravated assault, assault of a law enforcement officer, endangering a child, and criminal possession of a firearm.

Luis C. Perez, 29, Hillsboro, was jailed Friday on a warrant alleging probation violation. He is held in lieu of $300 cash bond. He was previously jailed Dec. 30, 2018, on a warrant alleging failure to appear, April 28 on warrants alleging parole violation and failure to appear, June 4 to serve a 10-day sentence, and Sept. 14 on suspicion of being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Amanda Rutherford, 38, Marion, was jailed Thursday on a motion to revoke bond. She is held in lieu of $2,000 surety bond. She was previously jailed June 30 on a warrant alleging failure to appear, March 7 on a warrant alleging theft, and April 22 on suspicion of driving while license canceled or revoked.

Kirk W. Seals, 38, Marion, was jailed Thursday on two motions to revoke bond. He was released an hour later on $400 cash bond. He was previously jailed Feb. 4 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, Aug. 10 on a warrant alleging probation violation, Aug. 14 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, and Sept. 13 on warrants alleging failure to appear and obstructing law enforcement.
