NEW jailings
Colby D. Allmond, 25, Newton, jailed Friday to serve a five-day sentence. He was previously jailed May 10 on suspicion of possession of marijuana and driving under the influence.
Nancy D. Garcia, 45, Florence, jailed Monday to await transportation to prison after she was sentenced Monday to 18 months in prison for residential burglary. She was previously jailed five times in 2018 and four times in 2019, mostly on suspicion of driving while license canceled, domestic battery, and burglary.
Raymond J. Johnston, 18, Hillsboro, jailed Friday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy to contribute to the misconduct of a minor. Released an hour later on $2,000 surety bond.
Ronald L. Pierce, 52, Marion, jailed Saturday on suspicion of theft of property or services, value less than $1. Released half an hour later on his own recognizance. He was previously jailed June 3 and Aug. 20 on warrants alleging failure to appear, and Oct. 3, 2018, on suspicion of theft and possession of narcotics, stimulants, and drug paraphernalia.
Benjamin J. Thompson, 29, Ramona, jailed Tuesday on suspicion of domestic battery. He was previously jailed April 24, 2018, on suspicion of interference with law enforcement.
