NEW jailings

Kevin D. Bernhardt, 34, Hillsboro, jailed Saturday on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery. Released two hours later on $1,000 surety bond.

Robert E. Findley, 33, McPherson, jailed Thursday on court orders.

Sara J. Sosme, 22, Hillsboro, jailed Monday on suspicion of domestic battery.

Darrell J. Shepherd, 36, Marion, jailed Friday on a warrant alleging probation violation. He was previously jailed Nov. 8 to serve a two-day sentence.

Amy D. Stutzman, 46, Peabody, jailed Thursday on suspicion of three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released six and a half hours later.

Jarred J. Weems, 30, Peabody, jailed Dec. 3 on suspicion of giving a worthless check. Released two hours later on $100 cash bond. He was previously jailed March 20, 2018, on suspicion of driving while license canceled or revoked and fleeing law enforcement, and four times between July 23, 2018, and Oct. 18, on probations violations and warrants alleging failure to appear.

Wade A. Wendt, 27, Burdick, jailed Dec. 4 on court orders to await acceptance into a treatment facility. He was released for treatment Monday. He was previously jailed July 2019 on suspicion of possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia and Sept. 4 for contempt of court.
