NEW jailings

Joseph A. Biehler, 29, Hillsboro, jailed Saturday on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Released Sunday on $1,000 surety bond.

Gage M. Cheek, 28, McPherson, jailed Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Released Monday on his own recognizance.

Alexis A. Crenshaw, 23, Wichita, jailed Friday on suspicion of driving while license suspended. Released Saturday on $2,000 surety bond.

Rusty B. Daniels, 25, Marion, jailed Friday on suspicion of parole violation. No bond has been set.

David L. Davis, 65, Florence, jailed Dec. 10 on a warrant alleging aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Released Dec. 11 on $100,000 surety bond.

William R. Fulls, 30, Wichita, jailed Friday to serve a two-day sentence. Released Sunday.

Bryan T. Grosse, 39, Marion, jailed Friday on suspicion of driving without a valid license. Released an hour and a half later on $1,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed June 15 on a warrant alleging failure to appear and Nov. 5, 2018, on suspicion of burglary and criminal damage to property.

Gregory A. Mancuso, 53, Herington, jailed Dec. 10 on warrants alleging probation violation. Released nine hours later on $418 cash bond. He was previously jailed July 4, 2018, on suspicion of possession of narcotics, driving on the left side of the road, and probation violation, and June 6, 2018, on suspicion of possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

Donald J. Miller, 29, Florence, jailed Dec. 11 to serve a Peabody Municipal Court sentence. He has been jailed seven times in 2019 and 2018, on suspicion of domestic battery, driving while suspended, and multiple warrants alleging failure to appear.

Christopher R. Wilson, 31, Marion, jailed Friday on suspicion of burglary, theft, and criminal trespass. Released Saturday on $7,500 surety bond.

Joshua J. Wilson, 27, Gypsum, jailed Monday on a warrant alleging probation violation. No bond has been set.

Todd M. Woodruff, 30, Peabody, jailed Saturday on suspicion of domestic battery, released Sunday on no bond.

Dale E. Wuthnow, 55, Hope, jailed Friday to serve a five-day sentence.
