NEW jailings

Ray E. Andrews, 64, Marion, jailed Monday to serve a five-day sentence as a condition of six months’ probation. He was previously jailed July 19 on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, and no proof of liability insurance.

Gage M. Cheek, 29, McPherson, jailed Tuesday on a warrant alleging probation violation. He was previously jailed Dec. 13 on a warrant alleging failure to appear and Aug 30 on suspicion of possession of drugs and paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, speeding, and license plate not assigned.

Eugene E. Favart, 53, Rosehill, jailed Jan. 14 on a warrant alleging probation violation. Released Jan. 15.

Shannon T. Lehr, 27, Herington, jailed Jan. 15 on a warrant alleging probation violation. Released 20 minutes later on his own recognizance.

Carl E. Remmers, 40, Lincolnville, jailed Friday to serve the first of five consecutive weekends in jail.
