NEW jailings

Joseph A. Biehler, 30, Hillsboro, was arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of two counts of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, and criminal damage to property. Released four and a half hours later on $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed May 8 to 9, 2018, Oct. 6, 2018, Feb. 22 to 24, 2019, Nov. 9 to 10, Dec. 14 to 15, Jan. 4 to 5, Feb. 24 to 25, Aug. 22, and Sept. 14, mostly on suspicion of drug offenses and probation violations.

Sharee N. Bradley, 27, Hoisington, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on two warrants alleging failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Jan. 29 to Feb. 12, 2019 on suspicion of possession of stimulants and drug paraphernalia and battery on a law enforcement officer, March 6 to 7, 2019, for probation violation, and May 21 to 22, 2019, for failure to appear in court.

Matthew M. Frazier, 26, Peabody, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of probation violation and failure to appear in court. Previously jailed April 14 to 16, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery, June 11, 2019, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, assault, and interference with law enforcement, Aug. 13, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery, Nov. 8 to 18 to serve a 10-day sentence, and Dec. 27 to Jan. 2 on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, theft, endangerment of a child, disorderly conduct, and interference with law enforcement.

Kevin W. Geren, 58, Marion, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Released 40 minutes later on $100 cash bond. Previously jailed Dec. 18 to 21 on suspicion of distribution of stimulants possession of marijuana, and failure to appear in court, and July 14 to 15 for failure to appear in court.

Natalie R. Geren, 38, arrested Sept. 15 by Marion police on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and six warrants alleging failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $30,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Dec. 12, 2018, March 15, 2019, May 10, 2019, Aug 2, 2019, Sept. 8, 2019, and Sept. 26 to 27, 2019, all for failure to appear in court.

Dustin W. Glenn, 25, Peabody, arrested Sept. 15 on suspicion of being a pedestrian under the influence. Released Sept. 16 on $1,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 29 to Dec. 8 to serve a sentence.

Bryan T. Grosse, 39, Marion, arrested Saturday by Marion police on suspicion of cultivation and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and stimulants. Previously jailed Nov. 5 to 6, 2018, on suspicion of burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property, June 15 to 17, 2019, for failure to appear in court, Dec. 13 for driving without a valid license, and Jan. 22 for failure to appear.

Clayton T. Lingenfelter, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Sept. 16 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of burglary, theft, and violation of the Kansas Offender Act. Released Thursday on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed April 4 to Dec. 12, 2018, to serve a sentence for criminal possession of a firearm, May 14 on suspicion of possession of drugs, paraphernalia, and marijuana, and Sept. 7 to 9 for failure to appear in court.

Adrian C. Smurr, 23, Newton, arrested Sept. 16 by Marion County Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of probation violation. Released four hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed July 23 to Aug. 5 on suspicion of possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia.

James R. Spohn, 21, Marion, jailed Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence. Released eight-and-a-half hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Arturo Velazquez, 18, Wichita, arrested Sept. 16 by state troopers on suspicion of driving without a valid license. Released Friday on $500 surety bond.
