NEW jailings

Kyleigh E. Clarke, 20, Meridian, was jailed Monday to serve a two-day sentence. Previously jailed Aug. 4 to 6 on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Mario A. Hawkins-Myers, 26, Manhattan, arrested Sunday on a warrant alleging domestic battery. Released an hour and a half later on $1,000 surety bond.

Brian W. Hiebert, 24, Florence, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of burglary of a vehicle, theft, and criminal trespass. Released Saturday on $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 15 to 30 on suspicion of theft and three warrants alleging failure to appear, and Aug. 18, 2018, on suspicion of contributing to child misconduct and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Kenney C. Jost, 54, Peabody, arrested Saturday on an unspecified warrant. Released Sunday on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 8, 2019, and Oct. 17, 2018, both for failure to appear in court.

James R. Lewis, 45, Marion, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of driving under the influence, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released Sunday on $2,500 surety bond.

Broch A. Rogers, jailed Friday to serve a two-day sentence. Released Sunday. Previously arrested June 4, 2018, for probation violation, May 16, 2018, on suspicion of violation of a protection order, and April 24, 2018, on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and criminal restraint.
