NEW ARRESTS
Zachary G. Anderson, 24, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Jan. 1 on suspicion of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
John R. Davis, 33, Calera, Oklahoma, jailed Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating probation and failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $10,750 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 5 to 7; June 6 to 10, 2020; and Nov. 15, 2017, for similar reasons.
Jason M. Plett, 49, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Feb. 11 and 12, 2019, on suspicion of driving under the influence and with a defective taillight.
Dustin D. Rodgers, 46, Marion, jailed Saturday for failing to appear in court. Released three hours later on $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed May 5 and 6 on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked and failing to display proof of vehicle liability insurance.
Christopher M. Troy, 33, Leonardville, jailed Monday for indirect contempt of court. Held without bond. Previously jailed July 20 and 21 for failing to appear in court.
Dallas A. Vanvleet, 23, Clinton, Iowa, jailed Oct. 26 for failing to appear in court. Released a day later on $1,500 surety bond. Jail records do not show a previous arrest, but court records show charges of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked and speeding were filed Oct. 27, 2020. Court records also show a warrant was issued for his arrest Dec. 18, 2020, after he failed to appear in court Nov. 18, 2020.
Christopher R. Wilson, 33, Marion, jailed Monday on behalf of the Kansas Department of Corrections. Held without bond. Previously jailed six times since Dec. 13, 2019, on five counts of indirect contempt of court, two counts of failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of two counts of theft, two counts of driving with a suspended license, and one count each of burglary, possession of stolen property, interference with law enforcement, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting an open container of alcohol.
