Rochelle D. Atwood, 55, Newton, jailed April 26 for failing to appear in court. Released 9½ hours later on $500 cash bond. Previously jailed five other times for a total of 36 days since Dec. 4, 2017, for contempt of court and for seven times failing to appear in court.
Tara L. Bedore, 36, Moundridge, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed July 15 on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and without a required anti-drinking ignition interlock.
Amanda D. Brown, 31, Hope, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Released four minutes later without bond. Previously jailed five other times for a total of 10 days since June 2, 2018, for four times failing to appear in court and on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Tyler A. Craft, 27, Marion, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating probation. Bond not set. Previously jailed March 31 and April 23, both times on suspicion of domestic battery and once on suspicion of criminal damage to property.
Almeda G. Giroux, 20, Wichita, jailed April 27 for 48 hours on court orders.
Brian W. Hiebert, 25, Florence, arrested April 27 by the sheriff on suspicion of twice violating probation. Released two days later on $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 27 days since Aug. 19, 2018, on court orders, for three times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of contributing to the misconduct of a child, furnishing alcohol to a minor, burglary, criminal trespass, driving without a valid license, operating an unregistered vehicle, possession of marijuana and an undetermined controlled substance, and two counts of theft.
Richard D. Hill, 34, Newton, transferred to county jail April 26 for failing to appear in district court and in Peabody municipal court. Bond not set. Previously jailed 10 other times for a total of 133 days since July 5, 2019, twice on court orders, on an out-of-county warrant, for seven times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of domestic battery, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property, and violating probation.
Lonny E. Kent, 54, Hillsboro, jailed April 26 for 48 hours on court orders.
Dustin J. Luchi, 42, Marion, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, interfering with law enforcement by destroying or concealing evidence, driving while his license was suspended, and violating probation. Released 21 hours later on $20,000 surety bond. Previously jailed three other times for a total of six days since April 1, 2021, on suspicion of resisting arrest, driving without a license, twice driving with a suspended license, distributing a controlled substance, twice possessing drug paraphernalia, and possessing methamphetamine.
Luis C. Perez, 31, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 10 other times for a total of 61 days since June 14, 2018, twice court orders twice, for failing to appear in court four times, and on suspicion of battery, criminal threat, criminal restraint, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, being a pedestrian under the influence of intoxicants, burglary, criminal trespass, and twice violating probation.
Dustin D. Rodgers, 46, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving without a required anti-drinking ignition interlock, driving while his license was suspended, displaying a license plate not assigned to his vehicle, and failing to provide proof of vehicle liability insurance. Released six hours later on $2,000 surety bond. Previously jailed three other times for a total of seven days since May 5 on court orders, for failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of previous incidents of driving with a suspended license and failing to provide proof of vehicle liability insurance.
Corey N. Seacat, 29, Marion, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released 2½ hours later on $2,500 surety bond.
Molly B. Schofield, 36, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating probation. Released two hours later without bond. Previously jailed Sept. 3 on suspicion of possessing and distributing drugs and driving while her license was suspended, canceled, or revoked.
Matthew M. Sellhorn, 41, Marquette, transferred to jail April 29 for unspecified reasons. Bond not set. Previously jailed Oct. 16 and 17 on suspicion of stalking.
Donald L. Wilson, 50, Marion, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of criminal possession of a firearm, driving under the influence of an intoxicant, and possession of marijuana, an undetermined controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia. Released 12½ hours later on $12,500 surety bond.
