NEW JAILINGS

Shannon L. Albright, 32, Goessel, transferred May 18 to Marion County Jail and held without bond. Previously jailed Feb. 23 on suspicion of violating probation and on a warrant from Newton Municipal Court.

Abbigail M. Beckham, 25, Manhattan, arrested Sunday by Burns police on suspicion of criminal use of a weapon, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving with a suspended license. Released 2½ hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond.

Joseph J. Campbell, 28, Goessel, arrested Thursday by a game warden on suspicion of drunken boating. Released Friday after posting a $500 surety bond.

Amanda L. Davis, 44, Marion, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing and distributing methamphetamine and using a telecommunications facility during the commission of a drug crime. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed March 27 and 28, 2020, on suspicion of domestic battery.

Dakota L. Dillashaw, 28, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 188 days since June 12, 2017 — once on court orders, once on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property, four times for failing to appear in court, and once for allegedly violating probation.

Travis R. Grosse, 45, Marion, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and distributing or intending to distribute drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of nine days since Jan. 22, 2018 — three times for failing to appear in court, once on a motion to revoke his probation, once on court orders, and once on suspicion of domestic battery.

Philip D. Heathcock, 53, Loveton, New Mexico, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing and distributing methamphetamine. Bond not set. Previously jailed May 9 for failing to appear in court and May 9, 2019, on two counts of allegedly violating his probation.

Lesa A. Jost, 49, Marion, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and distributing or intending to distribute drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed March 30 for failing to appear in court.

Samuel I. Reffett, 39, Durham, arrested May 17 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 15 hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Jan. 21 to 23 on court orders.

Dawn M. Setzer, 39, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond.

Lester A. Shaffer, 48, Hillsboro, arrested May 17 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 16 hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond.
