NEW ARRESTS

Dylan M. Davis, 28, Burton, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Released Monday after posting a $1,000 surety bond.

Andre B. Howard, 24, Newton, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond.

Tanner L. Jasper, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating his probation. Released two hours later without bond. Previously jailed 15 times for a total of 328 days between Aug. 12, 2018, and June 10, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for six times failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating probation five times, for being in contempt of court twice, and on suspicion of possession of stimulants, marijuana, drug paraphernalia twice, and alcohol by a minor; criminal trespassing; theft by threat; driving without a valid license; making a criminal threat; disorderly conduct; and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Derrick E. Ratzloff, 26, Marion, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of aggravated assault. Released 12½ hours later after posting a $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed July 5 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Rexana J. Siebert, 45, Florence, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of battery of a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer, and domestic battery. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed 12 times for a total of 117 days between Aug. 10, 2018, and Aug. 16, 2021. Earlier jailings were on court orders, for 11 times failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating probation, for seven times being found in contempt of court, and on suspicion of another domestic battery charge, criminally trespassing twice, disorderly conduct twice, another charge of interference with a law enforcement officer, and another charge of battery of a law enforcement officer.

Tena M. Waner, 69, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond.
