NEW ARRESTS

April N. Fore, 34, Peabody, jailed Sept. 26 for five times failing to appear in court. Released 4½ hours later after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed 12 times for a total of 41 days between April 25, 2018, and July 4, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders, were for failing to appear in court nine times, for allegedly violating probation three times, or on suspicion of twice operating a motor vehicle without a license and once issuing a worthless check.

Tessa D. Gray, 30, Peabody, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Released 30 minutes later after posting a $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 13 days between March 27, 2018, and April 19, 2021. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court twice, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Justin M. Loomis, 29, Marion, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Released 4½ hours later without bond. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of 115 days between Feb. 26, 2018, and April 18, 2022. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court 11 times, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of attempted burglary and theft; possession of a controlled substance, of drug paraphernalia, of stolen property, and of a weapon by a felon; criminal use of weapons; and twice of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Dustin J. Luchi, 43, Marion, arrested Monday by Marion police on suspicion of interference with a law enforcement officer, violation of a protection order, and making a criminal threat. Held in lieu of a $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of 18 days between April 1, 2021, and Sept. 15, 2022. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating probation twice, for revocation of probation, and on suspicion of three times interfering with a law enforcement officer, twice distributing a controlled substance, three times possessing drug paraphernalia, twice possessing illicit stimulants, once possessing marijuana and no drug tax stamp, domestic battery, driving without a valid license, and three times driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Michael T. Savage, 53, Peabody, jailed Saturday for failing to appear in court. Released 20 minutes later after posting a $1,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 8, 2018, for failing to appear in court.

Darrell J. Shepherd, 39, Florence, jailed Sept. 27 for five days on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of 23 days between Nov. 8, 2019, and Sept. 12, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of twice violating an order of protection.

Wayne L. Thompson, 64, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released 16 hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Aug. 6 and Aug. 20 to 23, both times on suspicion of the same charges of drunken driving and transporting an open container.
