NEW ARRESTS

Deshala M. Daniels, 31, Independence, Missouri, arrested Friday by a state trooper on an unspecified warrant and suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, displaying a license plate not assigned to her vehicle, and following another vehicle too closely. Held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Jordan L. Fryhover, 25, Hillsboro, jailed Thursday for failing to appear in court four times. Held without bond. Previously jailed eight times for a total of 319 days between Feb. 2, 2020, and May 19, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders, for failing to appear in court three times, for allegedly violating his probation four times and on suspicion of burglary, two counts of theft, criminal damage to property, and two counts each of possession of stimulants and marijuana.

Braeden A. Hayes, 24, Newton, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed May 12 to 14 and Oct. 22 to 24 on court orders and April 18, 2021, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license.

Jesse L. Marshall, 43, Wichita, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bond not set. Previously jailed April 22 through May 12 for allegedly violating his probation two times and Oct. 7 through Jan. 11 on suspicion of aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, making a criminal threat, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, and interference with and battery of a law enforcement officer.

Miles M.W. Rickard, 20, Peabody, arrested Aug. 2 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of Internet trading in child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child. Held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Wilder I. Pritz Balanos, 22, Phoenix, arrested Monday by a state trooper on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Released five hours later without bond.
