NEW ARRESTS
Bryan T. Grosse 43, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of 46 days between Nov. 5, 2018, and Oct. 12, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders and for allegedly violating his probation six times, for failing to appear in court twice, and on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and stimulants; cultivating a controlled substance; burglary; criminal damage to property; theft; transporting an open container of alcohol; driving without a license (twice), without liability insurance, and without valid registration; and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
Kelcie R. Harris 27, El Dorado, arrested Oct. 17 by a state trooper on suspicion of driving with defective wipers, without liability insurance, and while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 2½ hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.
