NEW JAILINGS

Robert M. Buhrle, 50, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing marijuana and stimulants, distributing stimulants, interference with a law enforcement officer by concealing or destroying evidence, speeding, and failing to have vehicle liability insurance. Held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Dakota L. Dillashaw, 29, Hays, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 15 times for a total of 211 days between June 12, 2017, and June 1, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders five times, for failing to appear in court five times, for allegedly violating his probation three times, and on suspicion of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and violating an order of protection from abuse.

Kevin Geren, 61, Marion, jailed Tuesday on court orders.Previously jailed 10 times for a total of 22 days between Dec. 18, 2019, and May 31, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court six times, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of making a criminal threat, distributing stimulants, failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement during commission of a felony, and possessing marijuana once, a hallucinogen once, stimulants three times, and drug paraphernalia three times.

Shannon Kiesner, 35, Marion, arrested Oct. 31 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer. Held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Clifton L. Richmond, 37, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of 13 days between Sept. 23, 2022, and Aug. 22, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of aggravated battery, possession of marijuana, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing (twice), driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving while his license was suspended.

Tyler J. Slater, 33, Peabody, jailed Thursday for allegedly violating his probation. Released Tuesday after posting $5,000 bond. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 45 days between Sept. 22, 2018, and Oct. 10, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders, for contempt of court, for allegedly violating his probation twice, for failing to appear in court twice, and on suspicion of domestic battery, aggravated kidnapping, and aggravated battery.

Brandon Toon, 39, Florence, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court and for allegedly violating his probation three times. Held in lieu of $30,000 in bonds. Previously jailed eight times for a total of 60 days between May 14, 2020, and March 3, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court 25 times, for allegedly violating his probation previously, and on suspicion of driving with a license plate not assigned, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, trafficking in contraband in a correctional facility, and possessing marijuana (three times), a controlled substance (twice), drug paraphernalia (three times), and stimulants (once).
