NEW JAILINGS

April N. Fore, 35, Peabody, jailed Thursday on court orders. Previously jailed 14 times for a total of 49 days between April 25, 2018, and Aug. 29, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court 20 times, for allegedly violating her probation three times, on court orders once, on a hold for the Kansas Department of Corrections once, on an out-of-county warrant once, and on suspicion of driving without a license twice and of battery and giving a worthless check one time each.

Brian L. Hart, 44, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Released 10 hours later after posting a $5,000 bond.

Kevin L. Hower, 49, Hillsboro, arrested Jan. 9 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released less than 2½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Kristopher L. Kienzle, 48, Wichita, jailed Thursday for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $20,000 bond. Previously jailed Nov. 22 to Dec. 1, 2022, on suspicion of distributing stimulants and possessing stolen property and drug paraphernalia and Oct. 24 to 29 for failing to appear in court.

Eric A. Wilcynski, 43, Newton, jailed Friday for 72 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Jan. 8 to 13, 2023, on court orders and Feb. 28, 2018, on suspicion of theft.
