NEW JAILINGS

William A. Dykens, 36, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, and solicitation of aggravated indecencies with a child. Bond not set.

Tory R. Elkins, 43, Oswego, jailed Monday and held without bond on court orders. Previously jailed June 3, 2022, for failing to appear in court and April 8 and 9, 2022, on suspicion of two courts of possessing stimulants and single counts of possessing marijuana, another controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.

Braeden A. Hayes, 24, Wichita, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of 13 days between April 18, 2021, and Jan. 20, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders four times and on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Trenton M. Miller, 26, Hillsboro, arrested Feb. 7 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of stalking, harassment by telecommunications device, and attempting to make a criminal threat. Released 14½ hours later after posting a $10,000 bond.

Alan E. Overton, 33, Marion, jailed Thursday for six months on court orders. Previously jailed June 9 on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child.

Brent A. Paquette, 30, Peabody, arrested Friday by Peabody police on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and criminal restraint. Released six hours later after posting a $1,500 bond.

Michael J. Sanchez, 37, Florence, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy for driving without a license. Released four hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

Shannon L. Vogts, 47, Emporia, jailed Feb. 7 for Morris County in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Lauren R. Wolf, 39, Peabody, arrested Feb. 7 by Peabody police on suspicion of disorderly conduct and interfering with law enforcement. Released 16½ hours later after posting a $3,000 bond. Previously jailed 23 times for a total of 228 days between Nov. 27, 2017, and Aug. 11, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of criminal trespassing eight times, disorderly conduct twice, burglary, criminal damage to property, interference with law enforcement, attempting to interfere with law enforcement, battery, domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, making a criminal threat, assault, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; for contempt of court; for failing to appear in court three times; for allegedly violating her probation five times; and on court orders twice.
