NEW JAILINGS

Jouanna S. Cain, 32, Florence, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Held without bond.

Joshua M. Caldwell, 40, Peabody, jailed Friday by Kansas Department of Corrections for allegedly violating his parole. Held without bond.

Sarah J. Martinez, 39, Peabody, arrested Feb. 21 by Peabody police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released two hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

Matthew A. Richert, 32, El Dorado, arrested Feb. 21 by Marion police for failing to appear in court. Released 14 hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

David A. Shaw, 37, Herington, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Oct. 27 to 29 on court orders and Oct. 18, 2022, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Amanda J. Stanley, 31, Wichita, jailed Feb. 21 for allegedly violating her probation. Released Friday after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed Sept. 19 to Nov. 1 for failing to appear in court and allegedly violating her probation, June 27 to July 19 for failing to appear in court, and May 16 and 17 on suspicion of theft and possession of stolen property.

Adam M. Wilson, 36, Hutchinson, arrested Feb. 20 by a sheriff’s deputy for twice failing to appear in court. Released seven hours later without bond.

Lauren R. Wolf, 39, Peabody, arrested four times in 18 days. As was reported previously, she was arrested Feb. 7 on suspicion of disorderly conduct and interference with law enforcement and eight days later for failing to appear in court. Two days after her release from that arrest, she was arrested Friday by Peabody police, again for failing to appear in court. She was released Sunday after posting a $2,500 bond but was arrested less than two hours later by Peabody police on suspicion of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and was held in lieu of $5,000 bond. She has been jailed 27 times for a total of 233 days since Nov. 27, 2017. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court three additional times, for allegedly violating her probation five times, for contempt of court, on court orders twice, and on suspicion of eight additional counts of criminal trespassing, three counts of disorderly conduct, two additional counts of interference with law enforcement, and single counts of attempted interference with law enforcement, burglary, criminal damage to property, battery, domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, making a criminal threat, assault, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
