NEW JAILINGS

Natalie R. Geren, 42, McPherson, jailed Monday for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond. Previously jailed 13 times for a total of 116 days between Dec. 12, 2018, and March 19, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders, on an unspecified warrant, for failing to appear in court 14 times, for allegedly violating her probation three times previously, and on suspicion of domestic battery, interference with law enforcement, battery of a law enforcement officer, and twice possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Christopher C. Hammond, 28, Marion, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed July 27 to Aug. 16 on suspicion of criminal damage to property.

Amberlyn J. Martin, 31, Hillsboro, arrested by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released 30 minutes later after posting $131.21 cash bail.

Bruce W. Richardson Jr., 51, McPherson, jailed Thursday for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $15,000 bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of 77 days between July 16, 2019, and Nov. 27, 2023. Previous jailings for allegedly violating his probation, for contempt of court, on court orders, for failing to appear in court two other times, and on suspicion of twice possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and once distributing heroin or other stimulants, possessing drug-making paraphernalia; driving an unregistered vehicle without liability insurance; a second or subsequent offense of driving while his license was suspended; and interference with law enforcement.
