NEW ARRESTS

Tyra L. Adair, 25, Wichita, jailed Tuesday on court orders. Previously jailed Dec. 17, 2023, on suspicion of driving without liability insurance and while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Alexandra M. Fox, 18, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of underage driving under the influence of alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, and failure to stop at an accident. Released six hours later with no bond specified.

Michelle L. Stevens, 38, Peabody, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of disorderly conduct and violating terms of her probation. Released three hours later after posting $3,000 in bonds. Previously jailed April 2 to 4 on suspicion of possessing marijuana and an undetermined controlled substance and July 11, 2022, on suspicion of distributing depressants and possessing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, an undetermined controlled substance, and an unlawful prescription.

Eric J. Williams, 37, Marion, jailed Aug. 13 for twice failing to appear in court. Released 17 hours later after posting $1,000 cash bail and a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed 27 times for a total of all or part of 231 days between Dec. 21, 2017, and April 8, 2025. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court 16 times, for allegedly violating his probation four times, on court orders three times, for contempt of court three times, for allegedly violating his parole once, for revocation of bond once, on hold for the Kansas Department of Corrections once, and on suspicion of single counts of burglary; domestic battery; driving without a valid license; felony criminal damage to property; fleeing law enforcement; possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and stimulants; and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
