Robert Scott Ayers, 43, Hillsboro, jailed April 10 by sheriff’s deputies on court orders.
Tammy Britton, 43, Peabody, jailed April 8 by Peabody police on suspicion of felony criminal damage to property; released April 9, no bond specified.
Deadrick Carrington, 33, Kansas City, Missouri, jailed April 8 by Peabody police on suspicion of driving while suspended; released April 9 on a $2,000 surety bond.
Steven Holub, 19, El Dorado, jailed April 11 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of violating probation; released two hours later, no bond specified.
Richard Kelsey, 40, Peabody, jailed Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence and transporting an open container; released after an hour on $3,000 surety bond.
Jason Kirkby, 35, Marion, jailed Saturday by highway patrol for allegedly driving on the left side of the road; released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond.
Charles Moon, 46, Newton, jailed Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on a probation violation warrant and orders of the court; released April 15 on a $20,000 surety bond.
Melinda Needler, 25, Herington, arrested April 7 by sheriff’s deputies on a Dickinson County warrant for failure to appear in court; released within 20 minutes on a $500 cash bond.
Patric Patterson, 20, Wichita, jailed Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of misdemeanor battery and felony charges of unknown criminal threat, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit theft of property or services. Total bond amount set at $500,000.
Jason Simmons, 48, Ramona, jailed Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of burglary and theft; released an hour later on a $5,000 surety bond.
Jasmine Steele, 22, Topeka, jailed April 8 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving while suspended; released April 9 on a $1,000 surety bond. Approximately 40 minutes after released, jailed again by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of disorderly conduct, misdemeanor criminal damage to property, and battery on a law enforcement officer; released eight hours later on a $2,500 surety bond.
Derek Summers, 45, Herington, jailed Thursday by sheriff’s deputies for allegedly failing to appear in court; released 20 minutes later on a $200 cash bond.
Briannia Washington, 24, Peabody, jailed Saturday by Peabody police for allegedly failing to appear in court.
