Casey Bergemann, 24, Winfield, arrested May 21 by state troopers for failing to appear in a Cowley County court; released 14 hours later on $500 cash bond.
Jessica Blackburn, 36, Lehigh, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders after a battery conviction April 24.
David Bullock, 52, Hillsboro, arrested May 22 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, possessing a firearm while under the influence, and refusing to submit to a drug and alcohol test; released 10 hours later on $1,500 surety bond.
Joshua Caldwell, 34, Marion, arrested May 21 by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in district court on unspecified charges; released after a court appearance 24 hours later on $10,000 surety bond.
Jesus Chavez, 20, Wichita, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on a Meade County warrant.
Kimberlee Damron, 26, Herington, arrested May 23 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, a stolen firearm, and drug paraphernalia and of criminal use of a firearm by an addict, and on a Wilson County warrant alleging interference with a law enforcement officer.
Lenn Farley, 29, Salina, arrested May 23 by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in court after an original arrest Jan. 15, 2017, on suspicion of theft and interference with law enforcement.
Juanita Gibson, 33, Hillsboro, arrested May 23 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing opiates or narcotics and drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered vehicle, and failing to provide evidence of vehicle liability insurance; released 17½ hours later on $5,500 surety bond.
Travis Grosse, 41, Marion, arrested May 22 by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in court on unspecified charges; released 25 minutes later on $100 cash bond; re-arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on a motion to revoke probation; released 18 minutes later on $2,500 surety bond.
Earl Hamilton, 58, Marion, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possessing opiates or narcotics and drug paraphernalia; released 12½ hours later without bond.
Andrea Hendricks, 33, Florence, arrested Monday by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in court after an earlier arrest on drug and alcohol charges; released five minutes later on $100 cash bond.
Jason Hinton, 40, Florence, jailed Sunday on court orders for violating probation after an initial arrest in February on charges related to a domestic dispute.
Dylan Horton, 18, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in court after an original arrest on suspicion of harboring a runaway.
Julian Howard, 23, Manhattan, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence, possessing a firearm while under the influence, and possession of marijuana, another controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia; released 1½ hours late on $9,500 surety bond.
Brandon Klenda, 32, Lincolnville, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in a Dickinson County court and on a motion to revoke his probation in Marion County after an original arrest on drug possession charges.
Marcus Radke, 32, Wichita, arrested May 22 by Hillsboro police on a Sedgwick County warrant alleging probation violation; released 1½ days later without bond.
Tyler Regier, 24, McPherson, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in court and for allegedly violating his probation on unspecified charges.
Bill Rose, 37, Halstead, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in district court and in Peabody municipal court on unspecified charges; released Sunday on $150 cash and a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
