Gary Armstrong, 52, El Dorado, jailed June 6 for failing to appear in court; released Monday on $500 cash bond.
Justin Chrisjohn, 41, Marion, jailed Friday for two days on court orders from a previous conviction.
Johnny Dolph, 46, Florence, arrested June 6 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of felony theft, sale of a vehicle with an altered identification number, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; released Monday on $5,000 surety bond.
James Findley, jailed June 4 for failing to appear in court; released less than an hour later on $50 cash bond.
Cameron Finnesy, 36, Newton, arrested Tuesday by sheriff’s deputies on a court order to revoke bond.
Hannah Fisher, 33, Herington, arrested June 6 by sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear in court; released 1½ hours later without bond.
Wade Hendrickson, 49, Paris, Texas, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond.
Toby Jones, 28, Canton, jailed Friday for two days on court orders for a previous conviction.
Fred Jones, 47, Lehigh, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of criminal restraint and domestic battery; released 3½ hours later on $3,000 surety bond.
Austin Kurtz, 19, Hillsboro, arrested June 4 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possession of marijuana and speeding; released an hour later on $2,000 surety bond.
Daniel Kyle, 55, Florence, arrested Tuesday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of aggravated sexual battery.
Jeffrey Madsen, 51, Peabody, arrested Monday by Peabody police on suspicion of robbery and aggravated battery.
Donald Miller, 27, Florence, arrested June 5 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of domestic battery less than 10 hours after his release on $50 cash and $1,500 surety bond for failing to appear in court; released for a second time, 7 hours after his latest arrest, without bond.
Paige Nelson, 24, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies for allegedly violating her probation; released less than an hour later on $2,500 surety bond.
John Roof, 41, Gardner, arrested Sunday by state troopers on suspicion of attempting to drive while his license was suspended; released less than an hour later without bond.
Evan Stahl, 18, Peabody, arrested by Peabody police Friday, just 8 days after his release from a previous arrest, once again on suspicion of underage liquor purchase, possession, or consumption; released six hours later on $1,000 surety bond. His previous arrest had been on suspicion of similar charges plus possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and driving under the influence and in the wrong lane. He was released from that jailing on $7,500 surety bond.
