Kirk W. Seals, 125 N. Roosevelt St., Marion; diversion status hearing continued from Oct. 15 to Nov. 13 on charge of domestic battery.

Chase Spindler, 35 E. 3rd St., Waconia, Minn.; charges of residential burglary, three counts felony theft, 13 counts misdemeanor theft, and criminal damage to property dismissed Oct. 3.

Matthew Tyler Wallace, 5227 Shady Maple, Kingwood, Texas; pleaded not guilty Oct. 15 to charge of criminal deprivation of property; scheduling conference set for Nov. 5.

Kimberly Joy Funk, 205 E. Kansas, Lehigh; bond appearance Sept. 19 on charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and no child restraint system; arraignment set for Oct. 17.

Austin C. Huber, 600 Fox Fire, McPherson; first appearance Oct. 17 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for Nov. 21.

Dane James Plummer, 4647 Wyoming St., Kansas City, Mo.; bench trial continued from Oct. 17 to Nov. 21 on charges of speeding (98 mph in 65 mph zone), improper pass, and reckless driving.

Cody Eugene Riffel, 101 E. 5th, Woodbine; pleaded guilty Oct. 17 to driving under the influence; no proof of insurance and expired registration dismissed; sentencing set for Dec. 19.

Evan Dwight Slater, 233 W. 6th St., Florence; diversion agreement announced Oct. 22 on charge of driving under the influence; charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer dismissed.

Michelle Ann Weber, 704 N. Cedar St., Marion; pleaded not guilty Oct. 17 to driving under the influence and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; status hearing set for Nov. 21.

Mark Alan Wheeler, 30 Jerome St., Marion; sentenced Oct. 17 to 90 day controlling jail sentence underlying 12 months probation; ordered to serve 48 hours in jail, pay $953, undergo drug and alcohol testing, attend alcohol information school, and obtain drug and alcohol evaluation; prohibited from entering businesses that receive most of their revenue from sale of alcohol.

Robert Enrique-Alexander Zampieri, 319 S. Cedar St., Marion; first appearance continued from Sept. 19 to Oct. 17 on charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and no insurance.
