Darren R. Geissert, 2776 Z Ave., Burdick; preliminary hearing continued from Feb. 20 to March 20 on charges of possession of a hallucinogenic drug with the intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting alcohol in an open container.

Robert Scott Henderson, 602 E. 5th St., Peabody; sentencing continued from Feb. 25 to March 12 on conviction of assault, criminal restraint, and domestic battery.

Dominiece Lashay Renee Hutton, 240 N. Madison, Wichita; sentencing continued from Feb. 25 to March 4 on charge of attempted theft by deception.

Benjamin E. Keough, 205 S. Madison, Hillsboro; made bond appearance March 4 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for April 15.

Tanner H. Landstrom, 400 S. Jefferson St., diversion agreement filed March 7 on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; ordered to pay $330, complete 20 hours of community service, and continue counseling.

Justin M. Loomis, 201 S. 11th St., Herington; pleaded no contest Feb. 25 to possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor; sentenced to five day controlling term underlying six months probation; ordered to submit to drug and alcohol testing and pay $360; driving privileges suspended 30 days.

Dominick Dashon Mosley, 903 N. Linview, Urbana, Ill.; diversion agreement filed March 5 on charge of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); ordered to complete treatment and pay $505; diversion term is 12 months.

Andrew S. Odle, 211 N. Spruce St., Peabody; pleaded no contest Feb. 4 to charge of misdemeanor theft; sentenced to six month controlling term underlying 12 months probation; forbidden from using drugs or alcohol and ordered to submit to drug and alcohol testing; forbidden from having contact with victims and ordered to write letter of apology; ordered to complete 20 hours community service and pay $405.

Machelle Ratzloff, 1717 190th Road, Marion; status hearing continued from Feb. 6 to Feb. 20 on charges of seven counts of giving a worthless check.

Lana Riel, 501 E. Trapp St., Herington; charge of giving a worthless check dismissed Feb. 25 on payment of all fees.

Eric J. Williams, 115 W. 3rd St., Florence; pleaded no contest Feb. 25 to charge of criminal damage to property; charge of domestic battery dismissed; sentenced to 90 day controlling term and 90 days jail with credit for time served; ordered to pay $255.

Gary D. Williams, 202 Garfield, Marion; preliminary hearing and hearing on motion to revoke bond continued from March 6 to April 3 on charge of rape.

Caleb Patrick Woodcox, 1910 275th Road, Marion; pleaded no contest Feb. 13 to a charge of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); sentenced to 12 month controlling term underlying 12 months probation; forbidden from using drugs or alcohol and ordered to submit to drug and alcohol testing and complete drug and alcohol evaluation; ordered to maintain employment and pay $265.

Leslie Scott Yehle, 8615 E. 4th, Hutchinson; preliminary hearing continued from Feb. 20 to March 20 on charges of nonresidential burglary and misdemeanor theft.

Maurice J. Cole, 1312 N. Volustia, Wichita; arraignment continued from Feb. 20 to March 20 on charge of driving while suspended.

Matthew George Cordona, 421 E. 1st St., Hillsboro; arraignment continued from Feb. 20 to March 20 on charges of reckless driving and two counts of stop sign violation.

Kordell Leon Hardin, Herington; diversion status hearing continued from Feb. 20 to March 20 on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Kirby A. Jahnke, 603 N. B St., Ramona; sentenced Feb. 25 to six month controlling term, 48 hours in jail, six days house arrest, and 12 months probation on conviction of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; forbidden from using drugs or alcohol or entering businesses that make the majority of their revenue from alcohol sales and ordered to submit to drug and alcohol testing and complete drug and alcohol evaluation; ordered to pay $1,453 and complete 20 hours community service.

Kimberly S. Mitzel, 606 Tanglewood, Derby; pleaded no contest Jan. 16 to charge of driving without a valid license; sentenced to pay $108.

Luis C. Perez, Arapaho, Okla.; arraignment continued from Feb. 20 to April 17 on charge of driving while suspended.

Ryan Ralph Richmond, 156 Florida Ave., Salina; arraignment continued from Feb. 20 to March 25 and hearing on motion to suppress set for March 25 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and speeding (100 mph in 65 mph zone).

Timothy Dale Voth, 188 120, Newton; arraigned Feb. 20 on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; will enter diversion; diversion status hearing set for April 17.

Ethan Jacob Wessel, 215 S. Freeborn St., Marion; arraignment continued from Feb. 20 to March 20 on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Patricia Woolridge, 213 W. 8th St., Florence; status hearing held Feb. 20 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving while suspended, transporting alcohol in an open container, and expired registration; hearing on motion to suppress set for March 18.
