Joseph M. Bauer, 709 E. 8th, Newton; made first appearance March 18 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for April 11.

Justin R. Bowley, 718 S. Elm St., McPherson; failed to appear at sentencing March 12 on conviction on two counts of assault; bench warrant issued.

Sheila Brown, 309 C St., Ramona; arraignment continued from March 12 to March 25 on charges of unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverages and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Daniel V. Catlin II, 210 W. 6th St., Florence; made first appearance March 18 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for April 15.

Joseph Lee Caudle, 2578 Goldenrod Road, Hillsboro; stipulated March 4 to probation violation; probation revoked and ordered to serve controlling sentence of 90 days jail time.

Justin Lee Chrisjohn, 1204½ E. Main St., Apt. 1, Marion; arraignment continued from March 12 to April 15 on charges of domestic battery and two counts battery.

Jason Lee Creevan, 1105 Grant St., Marion; sentenced March 12 on conviction of disorderly conduct; sentenced to 10-day controlling jail term underlying six months probation; ordered to pay $265, submit to drug and alcohol testing, and complete domestic violence assessment; prohibited from using drugs or alcohol.

Thomas L. Davis, 440 Grandview, Florence; diversion agreement filed march 26 on charge of domestic battery; ordered to pay $562.24 and complete anger management counseling; diversion term is six months.

Robert Scott Henderson, 602 E. 5th St., Peabody; sentenced March 12 on conviction of assault, criminal restraint, and domestic battery; sentenced to one year controlling term underlying one year probation; ordered to serve seven days house arrest with electronic monitoring, pay $265, and submit to drug and alcohol testing; prohibited from using drugs or alcohol or having firearms.

Dominiece Lashay Renee Hutton, 240 N. Madison, Wichita; sentenced March 4 on conviction of attempted theft by deception; sentenced to six months prison underlying 12 months probation; ordered to pay $1,260 and submit to drug and alcohol testing and DNA registration; prohibited from contacting AFLAC Insurance, Great Plains Federal Credit Union, or either company’s employees and prohibited from entering establishments that make most of their revenue from alcohol sales

Austin Jost, 1383 140th Road, Marion; arraigned March 4 on charges of transporting liquor in an open container and possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor; will enter diversion; diversion status hearing set for April 15.

Mathew J. Leach, 401 E. Arnold, Herington; pleaded not guilty March 4 to a charge of assault; status hearing set for March 13.

Andrew Logan Meier, 211 E. Maria, Lehigh; made first appearance March 18 on charges of non-residential burglary, felony theft, criminal trespass, and five counts misdemeanor theft; preliminary hearing set for April 3.

Mathew Charles Mickey, 313 N. Madison St., Hillsboro; made first appearance March 18 on motion to revoke probation in three cases; arraignment set for April 1.

Billy Joe Prater Jr., 102 Santa Fe St., Apt. 6, Marion; stipulated March 12 to probation violation; probation revoked and ordered to serve 60 days jail time.

Stormy G. Snedecor, 304 S.E. 5th, Newton; sentenced March 4 on conviction of obtaining a prescription-only drug by fraudulent means; sentenced to 11 months prison underlying 12 months probation; ordered to pay $1,360, submit to drug and alcohol testing and DNA registration, and complete drug and alcohol evaluation; prohibited from contacting Greenhaw Pharmacy or its employees and from entering establishments that make most of their revenue from alcohol sales.

Briannia Chontae Washington, 604 Chestnut St., Peabody; diversion agreement filed March 26 on charge of domestic battery; ordered to pay $330; diversion term is six months.

Traffic

Leslie W. Coker, Wichita; made first appearance March 20 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving in violation of license restrictions, circumvention of ignition interlock, and transporting liquor in an open container; arraignment set for April 17.

Keith R. Orr, 3062 W. 177th St., Kansas City; failed to appear at arraignment March 20 on charges of speeding and driving while suspended; bench warrant issued.

Dustin Edward Wedgwood, 13114 Everett Court, Kansas City; failed to appear at first appearance March 20 on charge of driving while suspended; bench warrant issued.

Ricci Jay Welter, 417 1st St., Hutchinson; failed to appear at March 4 plea hearing on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and transporting liquor in an open container; bench warrant issued.
