Dakota Landon Dillawshaw, c/o Marion County Jail; pretrial status hearing held May 14 on charges of misdemeanor theft and criminal trespass; bench trial set for July 9.

Danny Fistler, 785 Old Mill Road, Peabody; made first appearance May 14 on a charge of possession of stolen property; preliminary hearing set for July 3.

Austin Jost, 1383 140th Road, Marion; diversion status hearing continued from May 15 to June 17 on charges of transporting liquor in an open container and possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Lacy A. Laffery, 212 N. Vine St., Peabody; made first appearance May 6 on charges of nine counts of giving a worthless check; arraignment set for June 24.

Logan Matthew Maytum, 340 Fink St., Marion; pleaded not guilty May 14 on charges of misdemeanor theft and criminal trespass.

Leslie O. Riggs, 1094 X Ranch Road, Florence; sentencing continued from May 15 to June 3 on a conviction of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Carrie L. Terwilliger, 302 S.W. 4th, Abilene; plea hearing continued from May 6 to May 15 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting liquor in an open container; May 15 continued to May 20.

Aaron Douglas Unruh, 328 N. Locust St., Marion; arraigned May 6 on motion to revoke probation; denied allegations; hearing set for May 22.

Leslie Scott Yehle, 8615 E. 4th, Hutchinson; status hearing continued from May 14 to June 3 on charges of non-residential burglary and misdemeanor theft.

Kevin Bernhardt, 705 S. Washington St., Hillsboro; waived preliminary hearing May 15; bound over on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; arraignment set for July 9; forbidden from using alcohol or drugs; also charged with driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Leslie W. Coker, 3033 S. Fern Ave., Wichita; plea hearing continued from May 15 to June 6 on motion to revoke probation; pretrial status conference continued from May 15 to June 3 on charges of driving under the influence, driving in violation of license restrictions, transporting liquor in an open container, and circumvention of ignition interlock.

Patrick Egan, 123 S. Nickerson, Burns; pleaded no contest may 15 to a charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; sentenced to 10-day controlling jail term underlying six months probation; jail term suspended; ordered to pay $298.

Brian W. Hiebert, 415 N. Locust St., Marion; made first appearance May 20 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for June 17.

Roy Earl Johnson, 601 Doyle, Florence; pleaded not guilty May 15 on charges of driving under the influence and transporting liquor in an open container; pretrial status hearing set for July 17.

Kent Timothy Nelson, 2371 120th Road, Florence; failed to appear May 15 at bench trial on charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, driving without a valid license, and no proof of insurance; bench warrant issued with $1,500 bond.
