Joseph Bauer, 412 S. Main St., Hillsboro, found guilty Aug. 25 of disorderly conduct. Sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, $203, may complete community service work at $7 an hour towards fees, and defendant shall have no contact with the victim, Laura Bichet, or her immediate family.

Jan T. Buckland, 3452 Vista St., Lost Springs, pleaded not guilty Aug. 25 to permitting a domestic animal to be at large. Pretrial was to be Monday.

Ronnie Carpenter, 311 N. B. St., pleaded not guilty Aug. 17 to charges of non-dwelling burglary and misdemeanor theft. Status hearing was Aug. 19, plea hearing was to be Sept. 21.

Gage Claassen, 212 S. Jade Rd., Hillsboro, six-month diversion agreement entered Sept. 18 for possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor. Defendant to pay $328, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and provide proof within 30 days, charges to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.

Adam Kyle Janzen, 820 N. Main St., Marion, diversion agreement entered Aug. 17 for possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor and transporting an open container. Diversion hearing was to be Sept. 18.

Ashley Marie Kelly, 2301 N. 1st Ave. Apt. 121, Dodge City, charges of rape, sexual exploitation of a child, and criminal sodomy dismissed June 15 without prejudice.

Robert Marshall Potts, 612 Walnut St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty Aug. 24 to domestic battery, pretrial conference was to be Sept. 28.

Rodney R. Reeves, 201 S. Birch St., Hillsboro, found guilty Aug. 24 to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, $203.

Gary Tomlinson, 380 N. Walnut St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty to counts of criminal damage to property. Pretrial scheduled for Sept. 21.
