Jamey E. Luna, 405 Main St., Lincolnville, charge of giving a worthless check dismissed without prejudice Sept. 25.

Rodney D. Oursler, charge of domestic battery dismissed Sept. 21 without prejudice.

Oceana Scobee, 22081 SW Smith St., Welda, possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, failed to report, failed to complete treatment, failed to remain drug free, and failed to pay costs, probation not revoked but modified to supervised Aug. 17.

Samantha Lorena Weerts, 402 Peabody St., Peabody, charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice Sept. 21.

Whitney Taylor Wilson, 434 S. Oakland St., Web City, Missouri, pleaded not guilty Sept. 21 to possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transportation of liquor in an open container. Pretrial conference scheduled for Nov. 2.
