Terry Scheuerman, criminal threat, two counts of criminal trespass, and two counts of disorderly conduct (violation date of Oct. 15); bond appearance hearing held; preliminary hearing, 9:30 a.m. Dec. 2.

Jesse C. Dempsey, preliminary hearing continued to 9:30 a.m. Dec. 2.
Kelly L. Shaft, disorderly conduct; defendant pleaded no contest and was sentenced to a 30-day controlling sentence in the custody of Marion County Sheriff which was suspended. He was placed on immediate unsupervised probation for six months, ordered to pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, and booking fee of $45, and have no contact with victim.

Kenneth Jay Schwendiman, two counts of worthless check less than $1,000; defendant pleaded not guilty; pretrial conference hearing, 1:15 p.m. Dec. 21.

Melvin C. Reimer, possession of hallucinogenic; arraignment hearing held and defendant pleaded not guilty; pretrial conference hearing, 9:45 a.m. Jan. 13.

Eric J. Williams, original charges were possession of hallucinogenic, domestic battery which was amended to assault, and obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case; defendant pleaded guilty to counts one and two, count three was dismissed; defendant was sentenced to a 90-day controlling sentence for count one and a 30-day controlling sentence for count two to be served concurrently with Marion County Sheriff; defendant was taken immediately into custody; all fees are to be paid within 90 days after release from custody.

Jenny Marie Herzet, felony theft was amended to theft value $1,000 to $25,000; defendant withdrew from plea agreement to reduced charges and made motion for court to set a jury trial.
