Clifton Richmond, 135 N. Freeborn St., Marion, misdemeanor battery with a domestic violence designation, Bridget Lea Wiliams, sentenced to six months supervised probation, $263.

Derek Hoskinson, 412 S. Main St., Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Nov. 24 to battery, charge of disorderly conduct, brawling, dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, found guilty, sentenced to six months supervised probation, $218, ordered to pay $4,658.05 restitution to Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas, ordered to have no contact with Troy Seaman.

Cory Allen Brunzell, 116 N. Jefferson St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty Dec. 1 to electronic sexual solicitation of a child age 14-16, pretrial conference hearing scheduled for Jan. 5.

Sarah A. Kallansrud, 206 N. Spruce St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty Dec. 1 to disorderly conduct, language, pretrial conference was to be Dec. 15.

Eliseo Garcia Jr., 2309 1st St., Apt. 24, Dodge City, pleaded not guilty Dec. 1 to fleeing or eluding a police officer, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, driving on the left side of the highway at crest of grade, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, circumvention of ignition interlock, stop sign violation, speeding (135 in a 65 mph zone), and failure to give notice to division of a change of address or name; pretrial status hearing was to be Dec. 15.

Amanda Ann Marler, 207 W. B St., Hillsboro, pleaded guilty Dec. 1 to theft by deception of less than $1,000 of gasoline, convicted, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, can become unsupervised after six months, fined $145 and ordered to pay restitution as determined.
