Hanna Bidwell, 502 N. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Feb. 18 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and endangering a child; pretrial status hearing was to be March 11.

Evan James Click, 401 N. Vine St., Peabody, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; six-month diversion agreement entered into Jan. 13, fined $283, must complete 20 hours’ community service, charges to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.

Nolan Ty Litke, 306 Oak St., Council Grove, charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana with intent to distribute amended March 13 to possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Lacy A. Laffery, 212 N. Vine St., Peabody, pleaded no contest Feb. 11 to disorderly conduct, brawling; sentenced to six months’ unsupervised probation, fined $158, can complete community service hours to repay fines at rate of $7 per hour, for up to $100 of fine.

Nikki Jo Bell, 508 N. Cedar St., Marion, convicted Feb. 23 of disorderly conduct, noise; sentenced to six months’ supervised probation concurrent to a previous, unrelated case; previous case includes sentence of 12 months’ supervised probation, can be converted to unsupervised after six months.

John A. Drow, 215 N. 2nd St., Marion, pleaded not guilty March 2 to possession of methamphetamines, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; pretrial status hearing scheduled for April 8.

Kevin M. Linscheid, 705 N. Locust St., Peabody, three counts of giving a worthless check dismissed without prejudice March 11, debts paid in full.

Brandon Allan Farrar, 215 E. Division St., Peabody, charge of domestic battery amended March 18 to disorderly conduct, brawling.
