Cory Allen Brunzell, 116 N. Jefferson St., Apt B, Hillsboro, pleaded guilty April 14 to lewd and lascivious behavior, indecent exposure, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, fined $1,158.

Andrew Michael Schaefer, 321 W. Santa Fe St., Marion, pleaded not guilty April 14 to criminal deprivation of a motor vehicle, charge amended May 5 to attempted criminal deprivation of a motor vehicle.

Patrick Egan, 123 Nickerson St., Burns, pleaded no contest April 15 to interference with law enforcement; in exchange, charges of misdemeanor theft of a phone, and domestic battery against Rebecca Egan dismissed with prejudice, sentencing hearing was to be today.

Erminio M. Guerrero Jr., 816 Grandview Ave., Newton, pleaded no contest April 14 to two counts of criminal restraint and two counts of assault, sentencing hearing scheduled for May 20.
