James Andrew Woods Sr., 1529 150th St., Eureka, charges of felony theft amended June 15 to attempted felony theft.

Joyce Loomis, 413 S. 4th St., Marion, pleaded not guilty May 13 on a charge of domestic battery, pretrial conference was set for June 10.

Hanna Bidwell, 502 N. Cedar St., Marion, found guilty of possession of marijuana, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, $263, and 10 hours of community service.

Kyle Fistler, 708 W. St., Peabody, pleaded no contest May 26 to interference with law enforcement; in exchange, charge of possession of stolen property dismissed with prejudice; sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, probation transferred to Rice County, no contact with victim Sheryl Simmonds, and 20 hours community service, $263.

Brice Wright, 1305 S. High St., El Dorado, pleaded no contest June 1 to misdemeanor theft and criminal trespassing. Sentencing was scheduled for June 15.
