Xavier Michael Calahan, 400 S. Jefferson, Hillsboro, found guilty May 13 of misdemeanor theft. Sentenced to 30 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff, 12 months supervised probation, refraining from drug and alcohol use, ordered to write letter of apology to victim, 20 hours community service, $263.
Bradford A. Cody Jr., 210 S. Birch St., Hillsboro, found guilty May 18 of possession of methamphetamines; in exchange, one count of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, transportation of liquor in an open container, and driving with a suspended license dismissed with prejudice. Sentence scheduled for July 6.
Melinda Dougherty, 121 W. 4th St., Florence, pleaded not guilty June 1 to conspiracy to aggravated battery and misdemeanor theft. Pretrial scheduled for July 6.
John Drow, 215 N. 2nd St., Marion, found guilty April 22 of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphanalia; in exchange, charge of possession of methamphetamines dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced May 13 to 18 months supervised probation, $718, fine suspended for 10 months and if defendant is in good standing, fine will not be imposed, probation can go unsupervised after 6 months if defendant in good standing.
Kendra J. Henry, 100 W. Jefferson St., Marion, found guilty May 18 of possession of drug paraphanalia; in exchange, possession of methemphetamines, aggravated endangerment of a child, and possession of marijuana dismissed with prejudice; sentenced to 12 months consecutive to federal sentence, 12 months unsupervised probation, defendant to meet with Court Services Officer to obtain fee amounts, $354.
Patricia A. Ingleheart, 101 S. Doyle St., Florence, case dismissed without prejudice June 15, costs to the state.
Christopher J. Mcintyre, 120 S. A St., Herington, found guilty June 3 of criminal trespassing and misdemeanor theft ; sentenced to 90 days contained sentence for criminal trespass and 90 days contained sentence for misdemeanor theft, 30 days allowed for state to request restitution, must pay $193 in 30 days from custody release.
Jeff Allen Miller, 406 S. Lincoln St., Marion, pleaded no contest June 15 to domestic battery. Sentencing scheduled for July 8.
Kyle Reese Nuckles, 5176 Dougins Fir Rd., Joplin, Missouri, guilty of interfering with an officer. Sentenced June 1 to 12 months supervised probation, not allowed to enter liquor stores, 20 hours community service, allowed to leave the state for employment purposes, $833.
Derek Scheuerman, 203 E. 2nd St., Newton, defendant denied allegations May 13 in state’s motion to revoke probation; hearing is scheduled for July 8.
