Richard Todd Litton, 26 Lakeside Dr., Augusta, burglary of dwelling for theft of firearm and nine counts of misdemeanor theft dismissed May 31 without prejudice.

Luis C. Perez, 223 N. Roosevelt St., Marion, pleaded not guilty May 11 to contributing to a child’s misconduct or depravation, endangering a child, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawfully hosting minor’s consumption of alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage, and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 27.

Tucker Raygan Spears, 115 W. 7th St., Ottawa, pleaded not guilty May 11 to possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor, and speeding. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 27.

Christina D. Perez, 223 N. Roosevelt St., Marion, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; endangerment of a child dismissed with prejudice. Sentencing scheduled for June 27.
