Todd Michael Beneke, 2509 Beacon Hill Rd., Wichita; failed to appear in court July 22 for probation hearing on three counts of misdemeanor theft and one count of criminal trespass; bench warrant issued at $5,000 bond.

Dakota Landon Dillashaw, 102 W. Santa Fe St., Apt. 3, Marion; pleaded guilty to count of criminal trespass July 22, count of misdemeanor theft dismissed; sentenced to 10 days in sheriff’s custody, ordered to pay $155 and write letter of apology to victim.

Ashley Diane Kangas, 203 Elm St., Peabody; charge of giving a worthless check dismissed Aug. 5.

Richard Allen Pope, 410 E. 5th St., Newton; failed to appear for arraignment on 15 counts of giving a worthless check; bench warrant issued with no bond.
