Amy Marie Donelson, 216 N. Lincoln St., Hillsboro; pleaded no contest Oct. 28 to a charge of misdemeanor theft, sentenced to 90 days probation in lieu of 45 days jail; ordered to pay $270.

Ron Rainey, 102 Santa Fe St., Apt. 4, Marion; pleaded not guilty Oct. 21 to charges of marijuana possession and sexual battery; status hearing set for Nov. 12.

Andrew Schaefer, 321 W. Santa Fe St., Marion; pleaded not guilty Oct. 28 to a charge of possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor; status hearing set for Dec. 10.

Heather D. Wisenhunt, 1626 W. 13th St., Wichita; failed to appear at arraignment on charge of domestic battery, bench warrant issued at $1,500 bond.
