Fountain St., Wichita pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of a hallucinogenic drug with the intent to sell, possession of marijuana without a taxation stamp, driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, speeding (92 in a 65 mph zone); status/scheduling conference set for Jan. 6.

Doyle E. Furrer Jr., 114 N. Cedar St., Hillsboro; charge of violation of a protection order dismissed Dec. 2.

Joshua Rayce Grant, 212 E. Smith St., Hesston; charges of driving under the influence, possession/consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, and unlawful racing on highways dismissed Dec. 11.
