Jason Anderson, 218 N. 1st St., Marion, sentenced June 23 to 21 days jail for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melinda Dougherty, 108 N. Walnut St., Eureka, sentenced to six months jail, 12 months probation, and $158 for battery against a law enforcement officer.

Travis Ryan Grosse, 1734 150th Rd., Newton, pleaded not guilty June 16 to disorderly conduct. Status hearing was July 8.

Joseph Lee Habluetzel, 212 N. Vine St., Peabody, three counts of giving a worthless check dismissed June 30.

Curtis Rollins Higby, 2334 W. Highway 24, Alton, pleaded no contest June 23 to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to five days jail, six months probation, and $158.

Joseph Ivan-Thurso Jones, 1344 E. Frontenac St., Wichita, sentenced June 23 to 13 months jail, 12 months probation, and $255. Restitution hearing set for Aug. 19.

Caleb M. Kidd, 958 2500 Rd., White City, pleaded not guilty June 23 to criminal use of financial card. Status hearing was July 9.

Patrick M. Love, 310 W. 7th St., Lincolnville, pleaded not guilty June 23 to obstructing official duty, DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, speeding (65 in a 55 mph zone), and failure to wear seatbelt. Status hearing was July 8.

Adam J. McMillen, 219 Locust St., Marion, pleaded not guilty June 23 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Status hearing was July 8.

Robert L. McNabb, 309 Madison St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty June 23 to nine counts of giving a worthless check. Status hearing set for July 22.

Andrew Schaefer, 321 W. Santa Fe St., Marion, case dismissed June 23.

Jacob Schultz, 602 S. Main St., Tampa, sentenced June 23 to 10 days jail, 12 months probation, and $263 on charge of harassment by telephone.

Andrew B. Shipman, 3540 N. Inwood St., Wichita, pleaded not guilty June 23 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Status hearing was July 9.

Kerrick M. Wilhelm, 925 SE River Rd., El Dorado, admitted June 16 to probation violation, disposition hearing set for July 21.
