Yvette Collier was formally charged Aug. 18 with interference with law enforcement and obstructing arrest.

Dennis R. Steffes was formally charged Aug. 21 with felony theft, no proof of insurance, and license plate not assigned to vehicle.

Timothy Jon Snell was formally charged Aug. 21 with felony theft.

Troy Madron Jr. on Aug. 16 was bound over for trial on a charge of violation of Kansas offender registration act.

A charge of giving a worthless check against Jenny Marie Herzet was dismissed Aug. 16.

Rebecca Noreen Williams was convicted Aug. 21 of driving under the influence, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving without a valid license.

Allen Patterson pleaded no contest Aug. 21 to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, and $100 fine. He was sentenced to six months’ probation.

David Lee Bullock was convicted Aug. 21 of criminal damage to property. Dismissed were charges of domestic battery and trespass.

Bruce Serene on Aug. 21 entered a plea agreement resolving several charges of domestic battery. He pleaded no contest to two counts of misdemeanor battery and agreed to pay $200 restitution, complete an anger management evaluation and serve 12 months’ probation.
