Rebecca Noreen Williams was sentenced Nov. 6 to 48 hours in jail followed by 30 days house arrest, followed by a year’s probation for two counts of aggravated endangerment of a child, driving under the influence, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving without a license. She was ordered to pay $158 court costs, $910 fines, $60 probation fee, $45 booking fee, and $150 attorney fee.

Timothy Jon Snell was sentenced Nov. 6 to a year’s probation for theft. He was ordered to pay $158 fine, $45 booking fee, $363.50 restitution, and write a letter of apology to the victim.

Kim Carl Brashear pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct Nov. 6 and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $158 court costs, $100 attorney fee, and $45 booking fee.
