Timothy Atwell was charged May 1 with residential burglary, criminal damage to property, and misdemeanor theft.

Donald Miller was charged May 1 with domestic battery.

Brandon Alan Hays was charged May 7 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving at such a slow speed as to impede traffic.

Floyd L. Lamb III was charged May 7 with possession of marijuana, driving while license canceled, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without a tag light.

Joseph Liandre Donnell on March 21 pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kody Wade Bacon on March 21 waived preliminary hearing on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was bound over for trial.

Dustin L. Shiplet on April 10 pleaded no contest to violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.

James Anthony Schafer on April 16 was sentenced to six months’ probation for disorderly conduct.

Jessica Blackburn was sentenced April 24 to nine months’ probation for battery.

Chad Dewane Vanvalkenburg on April 16 had his probation revoked on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jacob Daniel Lenz on April 23 pleaded no contest to domestic battery. Sentencing will be later.
