Cindy M. Kahns was formally charged Sept. 27 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Harvey Johnson was formally charged Sept. 27 with theft of services from Westar Energy.

James T. Sheffield, 23, Pike Rd., Alabama, was formally charged Oct. 1 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, and speeding.

Julio C. Vizcarra, 24, Florence, was formally charged Oct. 1 with disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence.

Kenneth C. Jost was formally charged Oct. 3 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Teresa L. Huffman was formally charged Oct. 4 with misuse of public funds.

Connor Z. Williams, 18, Hillsboro, was formally charged Oct. 4 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Justin Tate, Newton, was ordered to forfeit $2,500 bond Oct. 1. He was charged in May with battery.

Darius Maurice Martin, Kansas City, Missouri, was ordered to forfeit $2,500 bond Oct. 1. He was charged in May with driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, improper display of license plate, expired registration and speeding 92 mph in a 65 mph zone.

April Fore, Peabody, was ordered to forfeit $2,500 bond Oct. 1 when her diversion agreement on charges of domestic battery and driving while license suspended was revoked.

Rebecca Noreen Williams’ probation for driving under the influence was revoked Aug. 14 for failing to complete a DUI victim impact panel and pay $1323 costs.

Justin M. Loomis was sentenced Aug. 14 to a year’s probation for residential burglary and theft.

Ryan Hardy pleaded no contest Aug. 15 to felony theft. Sentencing is set for Nov. 5. He also pleaded no contest Aug. 21 to theft and criminal deprivation of an automobile. A charge of interference with law enforcement was dismissed.

Luis C. Perez waived preliminary hearing Aug. 15 on charges of aggravated burglary, domestic battery, and attempted theft. Arraignment is set for Nov. 5. Perez was bound over for trial Oct. 3 on charges of criminal restraint, domestic battery, criminal damage to property and endangering a child.

Dustin Steele was bound over for trial Aug. 15 on charges of domestic battery and aggravated assault.

Rachel Jean Harden pleaded no contest Sept. 17 to possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Sentencing is set for Nov. 13.

Brianna Lanae Stoetzl pleaded no contest Sept. 17 to criminal damage to property and domestic battery. Sentencing was set for Oct. 9.

James Bradley Brown pleaded no contest Oct. 1 to possession of methamphetamine. In a separated case, charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Sharon Frances O’Neill was bound over for trial Sept. 19 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
