Joseph Wade Wuest’s Feb. 7, 2012 conviction of violation of a protective order was expunged Jan. 29.

Johnny A. Dolph pleaded no contest Jan. 16 to possession of stolen property, criminal threat, two counts of domestic battery, and driving while suspended.

Emily S. Caldwell was sentenced Jan. 7 to a year’s probation for endangering a child.
